Laser particle sensors inside the devices are measuring ultra fine particles (2.5 microns in size) that are present in the air at any given moment which can vary depending on a number of factors such as air circulation. This causes the readings between different devices to vary on occasion as one device may collect slightly more or less PM2.5 that is present in that particular area. However, the difference in readings from 2 devices in the same room should be minor and still within the same AQI range, i.e. good, moderate, etc.

The device restarting is part of the connecting process whereby the device unique code is assigned to a nafas account causing the device to restart

The Pure40 should only be slightly noisy at very high fan speeds and at lower fan speeds it should not be making any noise. If your Pure40 is making odd noises please contact us immediately at [email protected]

The filter life mechanism starts to measure upon initial powering on of device, therefore, if you connect to the nafas app after several days or weeks of powering on the device then the level will be less than 100%
Unable to reach desired AQI can be caused by several factors: open doors/windows, indoor air pollution such as smoking, candles or cooking, low HEPA filter life and setting the desired AQI too low. If this problem persists please contact us
Yes, once you have paired your device to the nafas app you are still able to control device manually as well
The performance page on your "My Devices" has a filter life bar which tells you in real-time the condition of your filter and when it requires replacement
In the nafas app, tap the shop page and select HEPA + Carbon filter and it will direct you to our offcial stores in Tokopedia or Shopee
Currently only a single nafas profile can manage a group of devices. We are working on a sharing feature which will allow for multiple nafas profiles to simultaenoulsy manage the same group of devices
Aria has a 1 year product warranty which covers any manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for an unlimited number of returns within a 1 year period
For Pure40 unplug the device for 30s. For AirTest device press and hold green button for 30+ seconds until "shutting down" screen appears. If AirTest is unable to shut down please contact us
